Platinum Ranks offer fixed weekly cashback with no time limits or spins. Once achieved, a Platinum Rank is valid for 1 year, but you must meet FP targets to maintain it.

How the Prize Wheel Works

Each level corresponds to a wheel payout range.

Your rakeback amount is randomly selected within that range.

What If I Miss the FP Requirement in Time?

You’ll be demoted to the previous level.

Unspent FP expires, and you’ll receive 10% cashback on the expired amount.
Examples:
30 FP = $0.03
300 FP = $0.30
3,000 FP = $3.00
Moving Up Ranks Within a Level

Advancing within the same level resets the time limit for the next rank.
Example:
Moving from Bronze Shrimp → Silver Shrimp grants a new 15-day period to reach Gold Shrimp.
Switching Between Fish Buffet & Platinum Ranks
Switching To Platinum:

Shrimp, Crab, and Octopus levels can move to Platinum Fish.

Whale levels can move to Platinum Octopus.
Switching To Fish Buffet:

You may switch from Platinum to regular Fish Buffet at any time.

Existing FP will be converted into cash based on your Platinum level.
Example:
A Platinum Fish with 10,000 FP switching to Fish Buffet will receive $20 cash and start at Bronze Shrimp with 0 FP.
Important Notes:

You cannot switch back to Platinum Rank for the time equivalent to your new Bronze rank’s limit (e.g., 15 days).

On maintenance days, players receive an extra 24 hours to complete their FP target.
Advancing Platinum Ranks
Only Platinum Whale and higher can move up to Platinum Shark and GGPlatinum:

Lower Platinum Ranks (e.g., Platinum Octopus) cannot be climbed via FP. To move up, you must return to the Fish Buffet ladder and re-qualify.

A Platinum Octopus must revert to Bronze 3 Whale, then complete the Whale ladder to reach Platinum Whale.
What If I Don’t Meet Platinum Rank Requirements?
If the required annual FP is not met:

You will be demoted to the next lower Platinum Rank.

The new Platinum Rank is valid for 1 year or until you opt out.
Example:
A Platinum Whale needs 1,500,000 FP per year. If they fall short, they are downgraded to Platinum Octopus.
