What is a Refund Bet?

A Refund Bet is a type of wager where you use your own money to place a bet. If your bet loses, the amount you staked will be refunded to your account balance.

Refund Bets are typically credited as part of promotional campaigns and will not appear in your profile.

Example:

• Bet placed: 5€ on an event with odds of 2.00.
  • If the bet wins, you will receive 10€ in winnings, credited to your account balance.
  • If the bet loses, the 5€ you staked will be refunded to your account balance.

How to Place a Refund Bet

1. Ensure campaign eligibility: Make sure you meet the requirements for the campaign offering the Refund Bet. You can track your campaign progress here.
2. Select your bet: Choose an event or market according to the campaign rules.
3. Place your bet: Confirm your bet. There is no additional activation needed to place a Refund Bet. If the bet loses, the full stake amount will be refunded to your account balance.

How to Receive a Refund Bet

Refund Bets are credited as part of campaigns. To activate them:

1. Go to the My Campaigns page.
2. Once you meet the campaign's requirements, the Refund Bet will be credited to your account and be ready for use.
