A FreeBet is a promotional bet of a specific value that allows you to place a wager without deducting money from your account balance. If your FreeBet wins, you receive only the net profit—the original FreeBet amount is not included in the payout.

How Are FreeBet Winnings Calculated?

FreeBet winnings are calculated using the following formula:

FreeBet amount × odds – FreeBet amount = net winnings

Example:

If you use a 5€ FreeBet on a selection with odds of 2.0:

• Potential return = 5€ × 2.0 = 10€
• FreeBet amount = 5€
• Net winnings credited = 10€ – 5€ = 5€

All active and available FreeBets can be found in your My FreeBets section within your OlyBet profile.

How to Use a FreeBet

To place a FreeBet on a sports event, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Sports or Live section and choose your desired event(s).
2. Activate the "FreeBet Available" option if it appears.
3. From the list of available FreeBets, select the one you want to use.
4. Click "Place a bet" to confirm.

Once placed, your FreeBet will be submitted, and no funds will be deducted from your account balance.

Why Can’t I Use My FreeBet?

If your FreeBet is not available for a specific event, the most common reasons are:

• Event restrictions: The selected event does not meet the FreeBet’s usage conditions.
• Ineligible market: The market or bet type is not supported for FreeBet use.
• Terms and conditions: Each FreeBet comes with specific terms of use. These can be reviewed on the FreeBets page or within the promotion's detailed terms.

Can I Cash Out or Refund a FreeBet?

No, FreeBets cannot be refunded, canceled, or cashed out. This includes situations where:

• The bet is voided or canceled.
• You attempt to use the Cash Out feature.
