What to Do if Your Bet Is Not Settled

If the official results for your selected event are already known but your bet has not been settled, please contact Customer Service.

To ensure a quick resolution, please provide the following details:

• Bet ID Number: You can find this in the "Betting History" section of your account.

• Event Details: Include the event name and the specific issue with the settlement.

Once we have this information, we can promptly forward your request to our bookmakers for review.
