A loss limit helps you manage and control your gambling costs by setting a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a chosen time frame.
Available Time Periods
When setting your loss limit, you must choose one of the following time periods:
-
Weekly limit: Applies for 7 consecutive days.
-
Monthly limit: Applies for a full calendar month or 30 consecutive days.
How the Limit Works
-
The loss limit becomes active immediately once it is confirmed.
-
The limit will automatically reset at the end of each period (weekly or monthly) and will be applied for the next period.
-
The reset period will begin on the exact expiration date of the initial limit.
Example of the Loss Limit
If you set a €100 weekly loss limit on July 14 at 21:15:
-
The first limit period will be active from July 14 at 21:15 to July 21 at 21:15.
-
After that, the limit will automatically reset and be applied again from July 21 at 21:15 to July 28 at 21:15.
