How Loss Limits Work

Loss limits are designed to help you keep your gambling expenses under control by setting a clear maximum amount you’re willing to lose within a chosen time frame.

What Is a Loss Limit?

A loss limit allows you to set a maximum amount of money you can lose over a specific period, helping you manage your spending and stay in control of your gameplay.

Available Time Periods

You can choose to set a weekly or monthly loss limit:

• Weekly limit: The restriction lasts for 7 consecutive days.

• Monthly limit: The restriction lasts for a full calendar month or 30 consecutive days, depending on platform rules.

The time period begins from the exact moment the limit is first set.

How the Limit Works

• The limit becomes active immediately upon setting it.

• It applies to losses only—your net loss will be calculated during the selected period.

• Once the period ends, the limit automatically resets for the next corresponding time frame.

Example

If you set a weekly loss limit of €100 on July 14 at 21:15:

• Your first loss limit period will run from July 14 at 21:15 to July 21 at 21:15.

• After that, the next weekly period will begin automatically and continue with the same €100 limit from July 21 at 21:15 to July 28 at 21:15.

Adjusting Your Loss Limit

Decreasing the Limit

• You can decrease your limit at any time.

• The change takes effect immediately.

Increasing or Removing the Limit

• You can request to increase or remove your loss limit.

• This request will only take effect after 48 hours.

• During this period, you can cancel the change if you change your mind.
