How do I change or cancel the loss limit?

Setting, Altering, or Removing Your Loss Limit

The loss limit can only be set, altered, or removed by you, the customer. To make changes to your limit, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the ‘Self Limitations’ tab within your user profile.

2. Select the appropriate option to set, alter, or remove your loss limit.

Important Legal Considerations

According to Estonian Gambling Law § 55 (2), there is a mandatory 48-hour waiting period after you request an increase or removal of your loss limit. Unfortunately, Olybet cannot accelerate this process as doing so would violate the law.

• Confirmation Required: After the 48-hour waiting period has passed, you will need to confirm the change in the ‘Self Limitations’ section before it becomes effective.

• Immediate Effect for Decrements: If you choose to decrease your loss limit, the change will take effect immediately after your confirmation.

Purpose of the Waiting Period

This waiting period is in place for your safety, giving you time to reflect on your decision before making any changes to your loss limit. It ensures that you have sufficient space to reconsider and avoid impulsive decisions.
